Planned Outage: 11PM CST 9/22 - 5PM CST 9/24

SOAR Customers,

We have a new plan in place from our hosting provider for the migration to a new data center that will minimize downtime for your SOAR website, during what we know is a very busy time for you.

Sunday Sept 22nd 11PM CST
- SOAR websites will be taken offline to enable the transfer.

Monday Sept 23rd 2AM CST
- SOAR websites will be back online before this time.
- SOAR websites will be in read-only mode at this time.

Tuesday Sept 24th 5PM CST
- SOAR website migration will be completed before this time.
- SOAR websites will be fully functional again.

Do I need to do anything?
- Get all updates to your website completed by 11PM CST on Sunday September 22nd.
- Make your members aware of the planned outage.

When will the planned outage start?
- 11PM CST on Sunday September 22nd.

When will the planned outage end?
- Prior to 2AM CST on Monday September 23rd.

What does read-only mode mean?
- It means that no changes can be made to your SOAR website.
- Make sure any updates to your SOAR website are completed by 11PM CST on Sept 22nd.
- Members will still be able to access the website and login.
- Email will still work.
- EBlasts will still go out.

Can my members access my Unit website during this time?
- During the planned outage from 11PM - 2AM CST - No.
- While in read-only mode after that - Yes.

Will email work during this time?
- During the planned outage from 11PM - 2AM CST email will queue and be delivered once the server is back online.
- While in read-only mode after that - Yes.

I have my EBlast set for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, what will happen?
- Your EBlast will go out like normal.
- Make sure any updates you want included are added before Sunday September 22nd at 11PM CST

How will I know the transition is complete?
- Your website will not be in read-only mode.
- We will also send an email and post an Alert on your website.

This is the first time since SOAR began 14 years ago that we have had to migrate to a different data center. We can assure you it will not be happening again in the next 14 years ! We thank you for your patience as we complete this migration.
